Max’s career has seen him in a broad range of roles from training rhinos at one of the world’s largest zoological facilities to breeding Tasmanian Devils at a feral-free conservation sanctuary . Max also has extensive experience as a senior Field Ecologist and Wildlife Consultant, a role that has had him working in some of Australia’s most remote locations. Passionate about wildlife photography and conservation, Max has been travelling the world photographing rare wildlife for over 10 years. Max co-founded Australian Wildlife Encounters in 2015 with his best mate and travel companion Lockie.
